Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Dawndeck (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. What Dawndeck does
Dawndeck reads a publicly accessible web page you submit and produces a brand “style kit” — colors, fonts, and logo/icon assets — as an editable PowerPoint file and related images. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Your responsibilities and representations
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or authorization to submit any website, brand, logo, or other material to the Service, and that your use does not infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the URLs and content you submit and for how you use the output.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t submit sites you have no right to use, or use Dawndeck to infringe anyone’s trademarks or copyrights.
- Don’t attempt to access non-public pages, bypass logins/paywalls, or defeat security or bot-detection measures.
- Don’t overload, scrape at scale, resell, or abuse the Service.
- Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Dawndeck claims no ownership of your brand assets. Any output based on a brand is provided for use by parties with rights to that brand. Brand owners may request removal — see Brand opt-out.
6. Brand opt-out & takedown
If you own a brand and don’t want Dawndeck to process your site, submit an opt-out request and we will block your domain. For copyright/trademark concerns, contact daniel@dawndeck.ai.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the output at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawndeck and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawndeck and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you submit or your use of the Service, including any claim that your submission or use infringed a third party’s rights.
